GYM WORK OUTS FOR SKINNY GUYS

To make your skinny body to attract others with their changed mass....????


To make a skinny body massive follow the instructions:

Do work outs daily:

Chest*(Monday) : Use max wait that u can make Reps of 5-10.
Triceps(Tuesday):U can also do workout for forearms with triceps: rpeat as above
Back and biceps(Thursday):
Shoulders and delta(Friday){forearms*} :
Chest and Triceps(SAT):

If u cant make Reps more than 5.Then the weight is too heavy and if u can make more than 10 Reps then its too light for u.

8 is the perfect no.Do max of 3-4 sets.Take 35 sec rest after each set and not more than 1.2 min between each work outs.
Diet:

Protein contained foods after work out.Eat it only after 1 hr of completing your work out.
Egg,Chicken,Cashew,Milk etc are good enough.
